What we store

When you send an appointment request we store your name, phone number, e-mail, the department, the doctor, the day and the reason for your visit – only to plan your appointment. Health information is treated as strictly confidential. Medical records are kept as long as the law requires.

No tracking

This website loads no external services: fonts and pictures come from our own server. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

Your rights

You can ask at any time which data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. Write to info@arvena.example.
